CS Vijay Kumar Khubchandani
Vijay Kumar Khubchandani is a former Director (Inspection & Investigation) in the grade of Joint Secretary with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi and a distinguished member of the Indian Corporate Law Service (ICLS) 1990 batch. With over 37 years of experience spanning corporate law, insolvency, finance, company administration, and regulatory compliance, he has held key leadership positions across the Ministry of Corporate Affairs as Registrar of Companies, Official Liquidator’s Office, and leading public sector and listed companies.
A Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ACMA), he has extensive expertise in corporate governance, Companies Act compliance, mergers and amalgamations, insolvency and liquidation, corporate inspections and investigations, financial scrutiny, and industrial finance.
He has also served as a SEBI Nominee Director on various stock exchanges — Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Saurashtra (Kutch) and Pune — and represented the Government on several regulatory and financial committees. He brings deep regulatory insight, practical experience, and a strong commitment to ethical governance.
